F1 Comes to Malaysia

Another year has passed since the Formula 1 passed through Malaysia & we are back again this weekend. The hotels are all getting fully booked if you haven’t got your room yet, you might be out of luck. Apple Hotel in the Heart of Jalan Alor, Kuala Lumpur is getting booked fast so get in there before it’s booked out. Unlike some places, Apple Hotel is not hijacking the prices of  it’s accommodation.

This year, I have to say, Red Bull Team us looking mighty strong even with Petronas having home track advantage. Thousands of mad Grand Prix fans will take to the Sepang Circuit to watch their favorite team or driver. Estimates are sitting at around the 100 000 mark. I, myself follow the very brilliant Mark Webber (Australian). This is also a chance for fans to see the great Michael Schumacher once again. With his retirement, people thought they would never see the great one race again. But here is your big chance. Personally, I love his team mate Nico Rosberg, a driver with style.

F1 in Malaysia (Petronas)

The cards are stacked thou. Vettal, last year’s winner has a much superior car as we have seen in the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne. If he gets pole, well, you can pretty much forget about it. Even with the new changes to the rules this year. Vettel is still looking very dominant. Apart from that we have the usual suspects, Hamiltion, Button, Alonso, all former world champions to boot.

The track, as we all know is friendly for overtaking and speed. The spanner in the works will be the new Pirelli Tyres. Thou conditions in Melbourne were hot. They weren’t scorching. The tyres are untested in this kind of conditions. So we have something exciting to look forward to in practice and qualifying. For all you Mercedes Petronas fans, I’m going to say, this will not be your time. I will have to favor Red Bull here.

I have added the booking page below for Apple Hotel in Jalan Alor. If your’e looking for a great night out, well this will be the place to be. Changkit Bukit Bintang is around the corner and a lot of Formula one functions will be held in that vicinity of night clubs , bars and restaurants. With so much to offer. This really is the prefect place to stay during the Grand Prix. Other things to do while waiting for the Formula One is shopping in Bukit Bintang. The never endless row of shops and shopping malls will leave you dead on your feet.

Here is the booking link. We look forward to an amazing race. We will continue every day to bring you the latest from Formula One Grand Prix.
