Apple Hotel at Jalan Alor, Kuala Lumpur offers basic facilities and amenities to help create a pleasant stay for business and leisure travellers. These include :

(a) Towel and Pillowcase

Rewashed towels and pillowcase(s) are not provided in the rooms. However, new towels and personal pillowcases are collected upon checking in at the hotel when guest participates in www.applehotels.com promotional activities. (Please refer to the Promotion)

(b) WiFi

WiFi service is provided for free during a guest’s stay at the hotel.

(c) Hairdryer

Available upon request at selected applehotels.com locations. Charges may apply. Please refer to individual hotel pages for more information.

(d) Iron

Available upon request at selected Apple Hotel locations. Charges may apply. Please refer to individual hotel pages for more information.

(e) Apple Hotel rooms do NOT include the following:

* Room service, doorbell, telephone out calling line, radio, wardrobe, bathrobe, pillowcases and towels in bathrooms, mini-bar, tea or coffee making facilities in rooms.
* We do not provide additional or extra beds/pillows.

(f) Room Cleaning

Guest may request for additional cleaning of their rooms and change of linen beyond the scheduled cleaning frequency for an additional cost. This service may be charged as an add-on during their stay at the hotel or during the booking process.
